Self Introduicing
I am Yassine Ktata, Terminale Student at INSA Lyon. I do enjoy Math and IT.
Goals
Currently in the early stages of preparatory years, I aspire to pursue my studies in the domain of Computer Engineering. I am particularly passionate about System Administration
My Education
High School
Thanks PMF, I could master many languages, as Arabic, French and English. I also developed writing and analytical skills through subjects such as philosophy, to which I grew passionate.
High School
Currently studying at INSA Lyon.
Diving deep in subjects like math, physics, chemistry or mechanical enigneering, college has been helping me grow very a important skill : problem solving.
The expected level of knowledge always pushes me to understand concepts rather than learning them, which has greatly improved the way I see and understand the surrounding world.
Self-tuition
I like to learn new IT skills on my free time. This has made me an exellent self-learner and problem-solver.
My Experience
Intelligent Security Internship
For my first internship required for every 3ème student by french high schools, I chose Intelligent Security, a Cybersecurity corporation.
During this Internship, I acquired a lot of knowledge, especially in Databases and Software Development, since I created a small application. I have also been introduced to Cybersecurity, which I see as a very important aspect of IT, regardless of one's specialty.
Vermeg Internship
Late summer 2022, I had a learning experience with Vermeg, one of the biggest corporations in Tunisia.
During this internship, I had to develop a complex solution for a bulk SMS sending.
These are the technologies that I had to use :
- ASP.NET
- .NET MAUI
- PostgreSQL
- Linux
CNIT Experience
The CNIT experience started in August 2022 and is still in progress and it is the most amazing project I ever took part into.
I am in charge of the Information System architechture and Backend Development, and I could freely implement my ideas.
Zidi Mécanique Autos
During summer 2024, my college requested an internship, which I have chosen to carry out at Zidi Mécanique Autos, an automobile repair shop.
Not only have I had the chance to learn a lot about cars first hand, I also put my IT skills to use by developing an internal management app.
I have used the same technologies listed above as I feel highly confortable with them.
SIA (INSA)
Statring from October 2024 until now, I have been a valuable member of SIA (Service Informatique Associatif), my college's IT team. I have been working as a System Admin, successfully proposing and implementing a state of the art infrastructre, reducing by half legacy costs while improving the services' uptime.
